1. Services Provided

Neals Med Care LLC provides clinical-grade AI receptionist software, database reactivation, reputation management, and automated workflow systems designed for medical practices and healthcare facilities. Our Services are intended strictly to assist with clinic operations, scheduling, and administrative communication automation.

2. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

Neals Med Care LLC is a medical logistics and automation technology provider. Our AI systems, software, and website content do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All automated patient communications are administrative in nature. Healthcare providers utilizing our platform retain sole clinical responsibility for patient care.

3. Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms & Conditions)

As part of our clinic automation and client relations workflow, Neals Med Care LLC operates a mobile messaging program. By providing your mobile telephone number to us, you explicitly agree to the following SMS provisions:

• User Consent & Opt-In: You authorize Neals Med Care LLC to deliver automated text messages (including AI-driven calendar updates, booking confirmations, and operational follow-ups) to the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message Frequency: The frequency of text messages varies depending on your interactions with our Site, active automated workflows, and consultation schedules.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any mobile message received from us. After sending "STOP", we will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Support & Help: If you encounter issues with our automated messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact our support desk directly at kneal@nealsmedcare.com.
• Carrier Charges & Liability: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, or from you to us. Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, proprietary software, and code (including the MedCore AI and Patient Safety Net™ frameworks) displayed on this Site or provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Neals Med Care LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neals Med Care LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or clinic revenue arising from your use of or inability to use our AI systems or automated tools.

6. Privacy Policy Integration

Your use of our Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data and comply with A2P 10DLC and HIPAA framework security.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
